6. Lead Exclusivity and TCPA Compliance

All leads provided through Equity Leads are 1:1 consented and matched exclusively to the licensed agent who placed the order. Redistribution, resale, or shared access among multiple agents, teams, or dialers is strictly prohibited. Each agent must place a separate order to remain compliant with TCPA regulations. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of future lead delivery without refund.
